At WITLUX, we recognize that there are instances where a product may not align with your expectations or may be received in a damaged condition. As a result, we have implemented a transparent refund and return policy to guarantee your satisfaction.
RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW
- Items must not be used, worn or washed
- Items must be in original packaging and all tags attached
- Personalised items will not be accepted unless the text is incorrect, or the item is faulty
- Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons, computer games with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery, cannot be returned
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.
Returns:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the damage or defect. If confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If approved, we will send you the requested replacement item.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including clearance items, personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as final sale. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
